Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
The billing address must match your name, address, and postal code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.
*Shipping worldwide (Individual country rates apply). Payment must be received and processed prior to items being shipped.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
To ensure the safety of all clients and orders, all nail product purchases are final sale (please ensure you are ordering the correct product).
Should we, in error, ship the incorrect product, we will be happy to cover the return shipping cost and refund your order upon receipt of the incorrect order.
We are not responsible for any damage to products during shipping, insurance is an option before shipping. We take pride in protecting and securing the contents of each package(s) however, we cannot be responsible once it leaves our facility. All Sales are Final Sale. If returns are approved, instructions will be provided within the communication of the approval.
